CCS Congratulations

Mr. Cabaccang, conducted instrumental auditions at Salinas High for CCS selection.  Two students were chosen by the CMEA-CCS board, Lucia McDonough, who plays tuba and Jorge Gallegos Canache who was chosen for both quads and timpani drums.  Selected students from high schools around Monterey County were brought together to practice and then perform on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Hartnell College.  In addition, Lucia was selected to receive a $200 scholarship to Summer in the City at San Jose State University.
